Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason. In order to withdraw from the contract, the customer must inform Immanuel Kaidisch in writing (by mail to “Immanuel Kaidisch, Landscha an der Mur 60, 8424 Gabersdorf” or by e-mail to “office@yourgermanclass.com”) about his decision by means of a clear declaration. The customer may use the sample cancellation form inserted below for this purpose. However, its use is not mandatory. Immanuel Kaidisch will inform the customer immediately about the receipt of the withdrawal letter. The right of withdrawal is considered guaranteed if the withdrawal letter has been sent within the mentioned period of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If the customer informs Immanuel Kaidisch in writing of his withdrawal within the 14-day period, Immanuel Kaidisch shall refund the entire course price without deductions immediately, but no later than within 14 days. For the repayment, Immanuel Kaidisch will use the same means of payment that was used by the customer when the contract was concluded, unless otherwise agreed.
The right of withdrawal only applies to consumers and only in the case of contracts concluded away from business premises and in the context of so-called distance contracts, i.e. contracts in which the trader or a person acting in his name or on his behalf and the consumer exclusively use means of distance communication for the contract negotiations and the conclusion of the contract, unless the contract is not concluded within the framework of a distribution or service system organized for distance sales. Means of distance communication are all means of communication that can be used to initiate or conclude a contract without the parties to the contract being physically present at the same time.

Cancellation
After expiration of the legal cancellation period stated in point 4, cancellation is only possible up to 14 days before the start of the course. In case of cancellation, the customer will be refunded the amount paid to Immanuel Kaidisch minus any bank charges incurred and a processing fee of 20 Euros. In case of the first cancellation by the customer in due time, the handling fee will be waived. In case of remittances of course fees to countries outside the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA), a processing fee of 30 Euro will already be retained upon the first timely cancellation by a customer.
